Returns policy
Here at BTO clothing we want our customers to really enjoy our products, so if your order doesn't meet your expectations our team are here to help you.
Our return policy applies to orders placed on our online store.
Change of mind returns
Our change of mind returns period is 10 days from purchase
Items being retuned must be:
-Are unworn and unwashed;
-Have the label still attached;
-Are in the original packaging;
-Free from damage
Returns of faulty items
We strive to provide the best quality products for our customers; therefore, we appreciate being notified if our product isn't up to standard, if you believe your item is faulty, please email btoclothingnz@gmail.com with the following information :
-Your name,
-Your order number, and
-images of the fault for review.
If the item is deemed having a manufactures fault, you will be offered a replacement item or refund.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item, and or items you are returning. But the replacement will be sent out with no cost to you.
